Unlike other testosterones, Sustanon is not an ester. It refers to a mixture of four different kind of testosterones. These are Testosterone Propionate, Testosterone Phenylpropionate, Testosterone Isocaproate, Testosterone Decanoate. The total mixture gives us 250 mg per milliliter of ester. There is no valid arguments about why these ratios were chosen. However, some claims that it is less likely to cause water retention and more likely to enhance muscle mass in this way. Even so, like all other testosterones Sustanon also aromatize into estrogen.
