Clomiphene is an anti-estrogen drug which is used as a post cycle therapy compound by both bodybuilders and athletes. It promotes enhancing testosterone release after a cycle. In the same time it is also effective on minimizing the risks of facing with estrogenic side effects of aromatizing steroids such as gynecomastia or water retention.
As it is asserted by the researches that Clomiphene enhance the both level of testosterone and luteinizing hormone. However, Clomiphene does not promote it by stimulating the production of these hormones, but by blocking their inhibition with estrogen.
